Crystal Car Wash is a popular Car Wash Cafe with locations throughout Melbourne and Sydney. With an emphasis on high quality and efficient cleaning, Crystal Car Wash is a market leading car wash with operations in Brighton and South Yarra.
Brief
Australian Security was approached by Crystal Car Wash to implement a customized security system for both of their car wash stores. To provide a secure premises, the vendor required a fully inclusive CCTV surveillance security solution covering all car wash bays as well as the perimeter of the property. In addition, monitoring of all cameras was a necessary requirement with the provision of a monitor as well as remote setup of multiple devices for also viewing surveillance off-site.
Proposal
Following our briefing, our integration specialists recommended a security system with cameras installed at different areas of the premises to allow for full surveillance monitoring. Considering the size of the premises and customer requirements, our team at Australian Security recommended & subsequently installed the following:
- 16 x 6MP Wiz Sense Turret Cameras
- 32 x Channel NVR to allow additional cameras to be installed
The 16 x 6MP cameras provide full premises, quality coverage with Full Colour Night Vision (Starlight Technology) to ensure high resolution and high framework vision. A Network Video Recording device was installed within a stable & secure data cabinet and monitor visible within the shop (to further act as a deterrent).

Outcome
The objective of the new security system was to monitor the premises, discourage theft and keep records for occupational health and safety. Post-installation, the vendor is satisfied with the functionality of the system and reported positive developments in line with the original requirements.
