Very good customer service. I had contacted another TV antenna installer with a similar Google rating to get an idea of cost; I understand that nobody can give an accurate quote over the phone, but all I needed was a price range as I had no idea of costs involved. They refused to give any information over the phone and insist of a visit to provide a quote. person who took the call was not helpful at all .Called these guys; what a contrast! not only they were helpful in accommodating time slots to suit me, but also told me of possible cost. (my only regret is not getting her name - she add very much value to your business).Antony the technician arrive on time, called 20 minutes before, very professional, took shoes off without my requesting!, finished the job quickly , checked the signal and left , no dramas!Highly recommended.
